YOGA


Yoga is a light, once lit, it will never dim. The better you practice, the brighter the light. It unites body, mind and spirit.
Yoga postures (asana’s), breathing (pranayama) and meditation are elements of every yoga class.
Originally from India, Yoga became popular in the West in the late 19th century. There are many different styles of yoga, each having a different focus in their practice, but all with the same goal: to unite. I teach Hatha, Yin, Yin/Yang flow and Restorative yoga. For more information go to YOGA.
